Self-regulated organizations of IBA

The commenced process of exit of the state from the sphere of regulation of most branches of economy and active forming of the market of professional self-regulation made possible the idea of effective usage of new instruments (like Self-Regulated Organizations, SRO) for occupying key market positions.

With this aim IBA Business Union creates a system of self-regulated organization with professional expert councils.

In January 2010 the first self-regulated IBA organization successfully went through state registration – Business Union of Appraisers, the members of which became the specialists of Jones Lang LaSalle, KOSMOS-AUDIT, Avers, Garant-servis consulting groups, Etalon appraisal company and other appraisal companies.

The representative offices of Business Union of Appraisers were opened in St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Yakutsk, Tomsk, Tyumen and Komsomolsk-on-Amur. It is expected that during 2010 SRO will broaden its branch network.

In the nearest plans of IBA Business Union is the creation of self-regulated organizations of auditors, developers, housebuilders and risk managers.
